Return of small electrical appliances
Would you like to recycle a small, old electronic device in an environmentally friendly way? No problem – just send us an email to info@diecasteurope.com and we'll send you a free return label for the return shipment.
Disposal of old electrical equipment (ElektroG)
Since March 24, 2006, old electrical devices may no longer be disposed of with household waste. This applies to all electrical and electronic devices – regardless of age or function. Please dispose of such old devices at an official collection point.
Before disposal, removable old batteries and rechargeable batteries must be removed unless they are permanently installed in the device.
The return is free of charge via collection points run by cities and municipalities, for example at recycling centers or as part of bulky waste collection.
Further information and statistics on the disposal of old electrical equipment can be found at:

Battery disposal
Since we sell devices with batteries or rechargeable batteries, we are obliged under the Battery Act (BattG) to inform you about the following:
Batteries and rechargeable batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. You are legally obligated to return used batteries and rechargeable batteries properly – either to us by mail or free of charge to collection points in stores or municipal facilities.
All batteries are marked with the symbol of the crossed-out wheeled bin and the chemical symbols for harmful substances:
Cd for cadmium
Hg for mercury
Pb for lead
