Returns

Send a return request: Here's how!

In the shop menu, click on the profile icon or go to the right of withdrawal or a return page and request a return.

1. Log in to your account .
2. Enter your email address in the "Email" field and then click "Continue".
3. In your email account, open the email sent by our shop and copy the six-digit confirmation code from the email.
4. Go back to the online shop and enter the six-digit confirmation code.
5. Click on "Request Return" for the order you would like to return.
6. If your order includes more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
7. Choose a reason for return and add a note for the shop.
8. Click on "Request Return".

If your return request has been approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. You will receive a refund after the product has been returned.
